We run your account (contract), handle data-subject requests and withdrawals (legal obligation), handle complaints (legal obligation and legitimate interests), keep the site secure (legitimate interests), send service messages (contract / legal obligation), and run optional preference cookies only with consent. Public training or course pages use contract if you enrol.
Staff and the DPO; processors including Host Africa (hosting in South Africa) and email delivery. South Africa is outside the EU and the UK. Transfers use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and a UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK addendum. The DPO can provide a copy. EU↔UK transfers may rely on the applicable adequacy decisions. The template may load fonts from Google Fonts (United States).
Accounts: while open, then up to 12 months. Requests, complaints, and consent records: 3 years after closure. Security and cookie-consent logs: 12 months.
